Returns

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns.

• in original packaging
• No signs of wash/wear
• Tags must not be damaged or removed. 
• No stains/hairs/odours

RETURNS ARE NOT FREE 

We are not offering free RETURNS and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item(s) back to us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

we offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges , you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item(s) is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.
